CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 <br /> The City of Everett and Jones & Stokes Associates, Inc. (ICF Jones & Stokes, Inc.) agree to <br /> amend and modify their professional services agreement dated January 11, 2010 (the <br /> "Agreement") as follows: <br /> WHEREAS, Jones & Stokes Associates, Inc. and the City entered into an agreement dated <br /> January 11, 2010 to provide Smith Island Habitat Restoration Monitoring services for the Smith <br /> Island/Union Slough Restoration project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett requires continued assistance in performing the required <br /> mitigation monitoring for the Smith Island/Union Slough Restoration project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett and Jones & Stokes Associates, Inc. agree to amend their <br /> Agreement to extend the time of completion from January 31, 2011 to March 1, 2012; and <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and Jones & Stokes Associates, Inc. agree to amend <br /> and modify the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement is amended to read as follows: <br /> Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance. This Agreement shall commence <br /> as of the date of execution of this Agreement and shall be completed by March 1,2012. <br /> 2.
