The PROJECT Completion Date of October 31,2011, remains the same. 5. The PROJECT Initiation of Operation Date of October 31, 2011, remains the same. 6. The ESTIMATED LOAN REPAYMENT SCHEDULE Number 1465 created on November 16, 2009, will be replaced with the attached ESTIMATED LOAN REPAYMENT SCHEDULE Number 1573 created on November 15, 2010. FURTHER, this amendment will be effective upon the date of signature by the Water Quality Program Manager of the DEPARTMENT. Except as expressly provided by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the original AGREEMENT and all prior amendments thereto remain in full force and effect.
