Water Quality Project Outcomes: The following are quantitative results anticipated from the project. 1. The City of Everett Bond Street CSO Control Facilities will reduce combined sewer overflows to one event per year at Puget Sound Outfall No. 4. 2. This project will eliminate approximately 5 untreated CSO discharges to Port Gardner annually. b. The following will be added: PART II. PROJECT SUMMARY The Bond Street CSO Control Facilities PROJECT provides for construction of the Bond Street Interceptor, Lift Station Two Forcemain, and Lift Station Five Forcemain Extension and minor pump station revisions to lift station five. B. Water Quality Project Outcomes: The following are quantitative results anticipated from the project. 1. The City of Everett Bond Street CSO Control Facilities will reduce combined sewer overflows to one event per year at Puget Sound Outfall No. 4 when the retention basin is funded and completed. The construction funded bythis LOAN does not include the retention basin. 2. This project will eliminate approximately five untreated CSO discharges to Port Gardner annually when the retention basin is funded and completed.
