The new main will be installed under the <br /> Snohomish River east of SR-529 utilizing hydraulic directional drilling methods. The project requires the <br /> acquisition of both a Permanent Easement and a Temporary Right of Entry Agreement from the Port of <br /> Everett at their Riverside Business Park site to accommodate the construction and operation of the new <br /> pipeline. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Permanent Easement and Temporary Right of Entry Agreement from the <br /> Port of Everett for the Tulalip Water Pipeline at Riverside Business Park at a cost of$14,000. <br /> 19 <br />
