The Professional Services Agreement with Carollo Engineers <br /> provides for design services for the Phase B-1A and B-2 Improvements as well as construction assistance for <br /> the Phase B-1 Improvements in the amount of$753,301. <br /> Amendment No. 1 provides for engineering support during the construction of the Phase B-lA,B-2 and B- <br /> 2A projects in the amount of$493,108 (not subject to sales tax) for a total amended contract value of <br /> $1,246,409. The total estimated construction cost of these projects is $4 million. Previous expenditures for <br /> this account include $753,301 for design services, $2,000 for bid advertisement expenses, and$2,519,729.94 <br /> for the construction of Phase B-2. The total expenditure for this account to date is$2,661,861.06. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council):. <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Carollo <br /> Engineers for construction support services for the Water Pollution Control Facility Phase B-2 Improvements <br /> in the amount of$493,108.00. <br /> 25 <br />
