Review Contractor's schedule and compare to baseline schedule (monthly)". <br /> Task 9 B-2A Construction Administration (New Task) <br /> The purpose of this task is providing,assistance to the City for Construction Administration for <br /> Construction Contract B-2A. This will include the review of shop drawing, response to RFIs, periodic <br /> site visits and other services as requested by the City. <br /> 9.1 Engineer's Responsibilities <br /> 1. Review of Shop Drawings based on the following: <br /> • Division 1 — 2 submittals <br /> • Division 2 — 10 submittals <br /> • Division 3 — 2 submittals <br /> • Division 8 — 1 submittal <br /> • Division 9 — 2 submittal <br /> • Division 11 - 4 submittals <br /> • Division 15 —4 submittals <br /> The budget estimate is based on. approximately 6 hours per shop drawing and 40% of <br /> the shop drawings requiring one resubmittal. Shop drawings that are not requested to be <br /> reviewed by the Engineer will be provided to the Engineer to be"Filed for Record". <br /> 2. Respond to the City's request to evaluate Contractors Request for Information (RFIs). <br /> The budget is based on responding to 15 RFIs. <br /> 3. Site Visits — Make site visits as requested by the City including representation of the <br /> following disciplines: <br /> • Civil — 4 visits <br /> • Structural — 2 visits <br /> • Mechanical — 2 visits <br /> 4. Attendance at monthly construction meetings by Project Manager and Project Engineer <br /> or Electrical Engineer as requested by the City. <br /> 5.
