This document is intended to provide a written account of your public outreach <br /> for the use of the de minimis(40 determination. <br /> Project description <br /> Please provide a clear description of your project include a description of the <br /> effected 4(f)property. <br /> The City of Everett(City)plans to widen the last segment,roughly 1,700 linear • <br /> feet,of 112th Street SE,between State Route 527(19th Avenue SE)and Silver <br /> Lake Road(14th Avenue SE),to four travel lanes and a continuous left turn lane <br /> with curbs,gutters,sidewalks,bicycle lanes,storm drainage facilities and <br /> illumination. Additionally,there will be improvements to the existing traffic <br /> signals at Silver Lake Road, 16th Avenue SE,and State Route 527,to aid traffic <br /> flow. This improvement would enable a uniform roadway profile and <br /> channelization through the entire 5-mile-long 112th Street corridor. The location <br /> of the project is identified on the attached vicinity map(Exhibit 1). <br /> The affected 4(f)property is a frontage strip that is roughly 12 feet wide by 85 feet <br /> long on the south side of 112h Street.
