Pierce County is also contributing $10,000 and managing the contract, and the Puget <br /> Sound Partnership is contributing$25,000. The Washington State Department of Transportation is <br /> contributing the use of a state librarian. The results of the literature review will be used to guide selection of <br /> stormwater Best Management Practices effectiveness monitoring projects under 2012-2017 NPDES permits. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign an Intergovernmental Agreement with Pierce County to Conduct Literature <br /> Review for Regional Stormwater Monitoring in the amount of$10,000. <br /> 161 <br />
