2
ORDINANCE NO.
An Ordinance Amending the Zoning Code to Provide for Verification that New or
Expanded Structures Comply with Zoning Standards for Maximum Height and
Minimum Setbacks, Amending Ordinance No. 1671-89, as amended(EMC Title 19)
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the following:
1. The land use code contains development standards for maximum building heights and
minimum building setbacks; and
2. The proposed amendment to the Zoning Code bears a substantial relation to the public
health, safety and welfare; and
2. The proposed amendment to the Zoning code promotes the best long-term interests of the
Everett community.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT ORDAINS the following:
2
