Based upon those discussions review existing flow data collected by,the City's_flow <br /> meters and by the City's flow monitoring contractor-and available pump station data to -- <br /> determine approximate patterns and magnitudes-of rainfall dependent I&I (RDII). <br /> C. Prioritize areas that appear to be both vulnerable to RDII and have resulting conveyance <br /> capacity issues as a result of RDII. <br /> D. Evaluate those areas that apparently have high levels of RDII and conveyance capacity <br /> issues under.Task 500 modeling and develop alternatives under Task 900 basin <br /> alternatives. <br /> E. Prepare a technical memorandum describing the I&I discussions, data evaluation, and <br /> basin prioritization. <br /> 6. Assess the current function of the regulators throughout the combined sewer system and <br /> evaluate the need and method to modify, replace or remove these structures. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Provide available data in electronic format (PDF, Excel, and/or Word). <br /> 2. Provide existing plan chapters tables that are to be edited for the updated plan in Word and <br /> Excel files. <br /> 3. Guide a tour of sewer facilities for up to four members of the HDR team. <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. All of the information will be provided by the City in electronic format; either PDF, Word, <br /> and/or Excel files. <br /> 2. Four members of the HDR team will meet with City staff to tour sewer facilities. <br /> 3. Review and evaluation of the City Water Pollution Control Facility (WPCF) will not be part of <br /> this task—except that the City will provide hydraulic information for the headworks as it <br /> relates to the hydraulics of the discharge from the conveyance system into the plant. <br /> 4. Unless documented otherwise by the City, all conveyance pipelines and lift stations will be <br /> assumed to be in serviceable condition capable of conveying the full calculated capacity of <br /> the facility. <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1.
