2. Describe the CIP prioritization process, project justification and description. Prepare a CIP spreadsheet that can be used to describe and sort projects by date, <br /> schedule, priority, or type. <br /> 4. Outline and summarize the schedule of capital improvement projects and other identified <br /> programs in a summary table by year for the first six years, in six year increments for the <br /> next 18 years, and projects beyond the 25 year time frame. <br /> City Responsibilities <br /> 1. Work with HDR team to evaluate alternatives and select CIP projects. <br /> 2. If the data is available, organize and summarize system pipe age and line break information <br /> to help evaluate remaining pipe life throughout the system. <br /> 3. Provide project descriptions and costs for items to be included for the WPCF. <br /> 4. Help to select project prioritization criteria. <br /> 5. Review and comment on draft CIP <br /> Assumptions <br /> 1. City will provide available similar project cost information to help set up cost models <br /> Deliverables <br /> 1. Draft and final CIP Microsoft Excel project cost estimating tool. <br /> Task 1300 — Update Basin Plans <br /> Objective <br /> Update the existing Volume 3 Basin Plans with new information from this planning process. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. Update the existing 22 basin plans with updated basin descriptions (area, land use, <br /> sensitive areas, arterials, large customers, and anticipated development), flows (ERUs, <br /> growth rates, and undeveloped areas), existing system parameters, and CIP summary <br /> information. <br /> 2. Combined sewer basin areas will be updated to reflect new hydrologic parameters. <br /> 3. Update 22 basin plan graphics with new GIS-based figure with proposed basin <br /> improvements. <br /> City Responsibilities - <br /> 1. Provide editable Word or Excel files of the existing basin plans. <br /> 2. Provide project descriptions and costs to be included for the WPCF summary sheet in <br /> Appendix B. <br /> 3.
