PDF and Word draft and final SEPA Checklist. <br /> Task 1500 — CSO Control Plan Update <br /> Objective <br /> To prepare a Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Control Plan Update that is coordinated with the <br /> 2012 Comprehensive Sewer Plan and that meets Ecology's (WAC 173-245-090 (2)) and EPA's <br /> requirements for a CSO Control Plan Update. <br /> HDR Services <br /> 1. CSO Overflow Structure Documentation: <br /> A. Conduct site visits of control structures and overflow weirs to assess current overflow <br /> configuration and modifications that have been completed since the 2008 CSO <br /> Reduction Plan Amendment. The site visits will be conducted over a one day period. <br /> B. Review City-provided updated "Site Fact Sheets"for each of the City's CSO sites. <br /> 2. Overflow Monitoring and Assessment: <br /> A. Evaluate the modifications made to overflow control structures since the 2008 update... <br /> B.
