Guidelines: • Sign category"C" applies except for the following guidelines. • The design of buildings and site plans shall identify locations and sizes for future signs. • An overall sign program for the hospital shall be established and approved by the Planning Director. The sign program shall indicate location, size and general design. • Signs shall not project above the roof, parapet, or exterior wall. • Signs shall be oriented to pedestrians. • No flashing, blinking or electric message signs. • One sign per street, other than directional signs. Directional signs include building signs to identify the building. • Signs should be designed so they are illuminated in a way to be seen clearly but do not produce glare off site into residential areas.
