Late charge—more than thirty days—renewals only, ten dollars; <br /> 4. Law enforcement dog, no fee; <br /> 5. Transfer fee, three dollars. <br /> C. Facility License Fees. <br /> 1. Commercial kennel or cattery, twenty-five dollars; <br /> 2. Hobby kennel or cattery, ten dollars; <br /> 3. Private kennel or cattery, fifty dollars; <br /> 4. Livestock—Kennel. <br /> a. Horses, mules, jackasses, cattle, sheep, llamas, goats, swine, <br /> and all ratites, which includes, but is not limited to, emus and ostriches— <br /> four or less, five dollars each; more than four, twenty-five dollars total; <br /> b. Small animals—one dollar each; twenty-five dollars maximum; <br /> 5. Exotic, wild or dangerous animals, twenty-five dollars each; <br /> 6. Late renewal fee, twenty dollars. <br /> D.
