April 12, 2017 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Bader reported on his attendance at the Evergreen <br /> Neighborhood meeting last week. <br /> Council Member Franklin commented on her attendance at the 2017 <br /> Snohomish County Emerging Leader award ceremony and congratulated <br /> Hil Kaman, Public Health and Safety Director, on his award. She also <br /> reported on her attendance at the Evergreen and South Forest Park <br /> Neighborhood meetings. Council Member Franklin stated that she toured <br /> the Goodwill training site and encouraged council members to visit the <br /> facility and learn about training programs. <br /> Council Member Roberts echoed Council Member Franklin comments <br /> about the Emerging Leader event. He reported on his attendance at the <br /> Puget Sound Regional Council Growth Management Policy Board <br /> meeting. Council Member Roberts provided a liaison report on his <br /> attendance at the Port Gardner Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Murphy spoke about the Emerging Leaders award <br /> ceremony and congratulated Hil Kaman and nominees. He reported on his <br /> attendance at the Snohomish Health District Board meeting. Council <br /> Member Murphy announced that the Snohomish Health District Board <br /> Retreat is scheduled for April 21, 2017, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and invited <br /> the public to attend. Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report on <br /> his attendance at the Parks Board meeting. He also spoke about the <br /> amendment to Council Bill 1703-15 regarding the proposed ordinance <br /> dollar amount change from $790,000 to $745,000. <br /> President Tuohy reminded citizens about the City Council Retreat, which <br /> will be held in the City Council Chambers on Saturday, April 15, 2017, <br /> from 8:00 a.m. to noon. <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> There was no report from Administration. <br /> 115 <br />
