The sum of$175,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 366, "1992 <br /> Community Development Block Grant Neighborhood Improvements", as follows: <br /> Program 001: Port Gardner Neighborhood Improvement $15,000 <br /> Program 002: Riverside Neighborhood Improvement $15,000 <br /> Program 003: Lowell Neighborhood Improvements $15,000 <br /> Program 004: Northeast Neighborhood Improvements $130,000 <br /> $175,000 <br /> B. Source of funding: <br /> Fund 366 1992 Community Development Block Grant funds $75,000 <br /> Fund 119 Street Improvements $100,000 <br /> $175,000 <br /> C. This appropriation shall not lapse but shall be carried forward year to year until <br /> $175,000 has been fully expended or the purpose has been accomplished or <br /> abandoned without the necessary reappropriation. <br /> Section 11: Severability.
