7. Municipal Arts/Cultural Commission should not have oversight of the <br /> theater management. <br /> 8. Concurrent use can be disruptive; each renter should be afforded complete <br /> use of the facility to the maximum extent possible. Specific <br /> responsibilities and privileges should be contractually detailed. <br /> 9. All user groups and resident companies pay for the use of the theater. <br /> Funding sources, such as the City, County, State and/or arts organizations <br /> may (as part of their funding or grant package) negotiate for free-rent <br /> days. Some funding sources may choose to pass on their un-used free- <br /> rent days to community functions and activities. <br /> 10.
