Building Official as set forth hereafter and in Table <br /> No. 3-A. <br /> The determination of value or valuation under any of <br /> the provisions of this Code shall be made by the <br /> Building Official. The value to be used in computing <br /> the building permit and building plan review fees shall <br /> be the total value of all construction work for which <br /> the permit is issued as well as all finish work, <br /> painting, roofing, electrical plumbing, heating, air <br /> conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and <br /> any other permanent equipment. The reference document <br /> to be used in determining the valuation for the <br /> purposes of fee calculation is the current building <br /> valuation data as published by the International <br /> Conference of Building Officials. <br /> 1. Temporary Structures. The fee for temporary <br /> structures, such as mobile homes, commercial <br /> coaches, prefabricated structures, modular <br /> structures, shall be $55 . 00 . <br /> 2 . Combination Fees. When all permits, including <br /> building (as set forth in Section 303 (a) ) , <br /> plumbing and mechanical are issued on the same <br /> permit, then the plumbing and mechanical permit <br /> fees shall be waived and when the plumbing and <br /> mechanical permits are issued on the same permit, <br /> the plumbing and mechanical may be waived. <br /> However, equipment and fixture fees shall be paid <br /> as set forth by ordinance. <br /> 3 . Alternate Fees. When a building, plumbing or <br /> mechanical permit is issued separately, the permit <br /> fee for each, together with all equipment and <br /> fixture fees, shall be paid as set forth by <br /> ordinance. <br /> Where work for which a permit is required by this Code <br /> is started or proceeded with prior to obtaining said <br /> permit, the fee specified in Table No. 3-A shall be <br /> doubled, but the payments of such double fee shall not <br /> relieve any persons from fully complying with the <br /> requirements of this Code in the execution of the work <br /> nor from any other penalties prescribed herein. <br /> D.
