Building Official as set forth hereafter and in Table No. 3-A. The determination of value or valuation under any of the provisions of this Code shall be made by the Building Official. The value to be used in computing the building permit and building plan review fees shall be the total value of all construction work for which the permit is issued as well as all finish work, painting, roofing, electrical plumbing, heating, air conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and any other permanent equipment. The reference document to be used in determining the valuation for the purposes of fee calculation is the current building valuation data as published by the International Conference of Building Officials. 1. Temporary Structures. The fee for temporary structures, such as mobile homes, commercial coaches, prefabricated structures, modular structures, shall be $55 . 00 . 2 . Combination Fees. When all permits, including building (as set forth in Section 303 (a) ) , plumbing and mechanical are issued on the same permit, then the plumbing and mechanical permit fees shall be waived and when the plumbing and mechanical permits are issued on the same permit, the plumbing and mechanical may be waived. However, equipment and fixture fees shall be paid as set forth by ordinance. 3 . Alternate Fees. When a building, plumbing or mechanical permit is issued separately, the permit fee for each, together with all equipment and fixture fees, shall be paid as set forth by ordinance. Where work for which a permit is required by this Code is started or proceeded with prior to obtaining said permit, the fee specified in Table No. 3-A shall be doubled, but the payments of such double fee shall not relieve any persons from fully complying with the requirements of this Code in the execution of the work nor from any other penalties prescribed herein.
