and inserting in its place: <br /> Section 204 (a) General. In order to hear and decide <br /> appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by <br /> the building official relative to the application and <br /> interpretation of this code, the Board of Review <br /> created pursuant to Ordinance No. 351-75 as amended or <br /> hereafter superseded shall hear these matters. Appeals <br /> from written orders of the Building Official must be <br /> filed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of <br /> receipt of the written order by the aggrieved party. <br /> The aggrieved party shall cause to be made at his own <br /> expense, any tests or research required to substantiate <br /> his claim. <br /> B. Section 205 of the 1991 Edition of the UBC is amended by the <br /> addition of the following language: <br /> Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the <br /> provisions of this Code, shall be deemed guilty of a <br /> misdemeanor, and each such person shall be deemed <br /> guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or <br /> portion thereof during which any violation of any of <br /> the provisions of this Code is committed, continued or <br /> permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation, <br /> such person shall be punishable by a fine of not more <br /> than one thousand dollars ($1, 000) or by imprisonment <br /> of not more than ninety (90) days or by both such fine <br /> and imprisonment. <br /> C. Section 304 (b) of the 1991 Edition of the UBC is amended by <br /> deleting the following language: <br /> Section 304 (b) Permit Fees. The fee for each permit <br /> shall be as set forth in Table No. 3-A. <br /> The determination of value or valuation under any of <br /> the provisions of this Code shall be made by the <br /> Building Official. The value to be used in computing <br /> the building permit and building plan review fees shall <br /> be the total value of all construction work for which <br /> the permit is issued as well as all finish work, <br /> painting, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, air <br /> conditioning, elevators, fire-extinguishing systems and <br /> any other permanent equipment. <br /> and inserting in its place: <br /> Section 304 (b) Permits and Inspection Fees.
