In order to hear and decide <br /> appeals of orders, decisions or determinations made by <br /> the building official relative to the application and <br /> interpretation of this code, the Board of Review <br /> created pursuant to Ordinance No. 351-75 as amended or <br /> hereafter superseded shall hear these matters. Appeals <br /> from written orders of the Building Official must be <br /> filed within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of <br /> receipt of the written order by the aggrieved party. <br /> The aggrieved party shall cause to be made at his own <br /> expense, any tests or research required to substantiate <br /> his claim. <br /> B.
