<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN:
<br /> SECTION 1 .--A special project construction fund is hereby established as
<br /> Fund No. 386, entitled, "Paine Field Boulevard Preliminary Study,
<br /> Predesign, Design, and Construction" , to accomplish the actions
<br /> authorized under Section 3 of this Ordinance.
<br /> SECTION 2.--Authorization is hereby granted for the Public Works
<br /> Director, under the direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete
<br /> responsibility for accomplishing all the actions authorized in Section 3
<br /> of this Ordinance.
<br /> SECTION 3.--The tasks and actions to be performed under this Ordinance
<br /> are as follows:
<br /> A. Program No. 903: Accumulate historic revenues and expenses
<br /> attributed to Fund No. 386 between January 1 , 1987 , and December 31 ,
<br /> 1991.
<br /> B. Program No. 517: All tasks and actions related to the study,
<br /> predesign, design, and construction of Paine Field Boulevard, from
<br /> January 1, 1992 to total project completion.
<br /> SECTION 4 .--The City shall receive into this fund certain monies from the
<br /> City of Mukilteo, Snohomish County, Boeing, TIA, private property owners,
<br /> and other funding sources, and shall utilize these funds for those
<br /> purposes identified in Section 3 of this Ordinance.
<br /> SECTION 5.--The sum of $15, 356,865 is hereby appropriated to Fund No. 386
<br /> as follows:
<br /> A. Appropriation
<br /> 1. Program No. 903, Paine Field Boulevard Study;
<br /> January 1, 1987 , to December 31, 1991 : $ 115,445
<br /> 2 . Program No. 517, Paine Field Boulevard
<br /> Study, Predesign, Design, and Construction;
<br /> January 1, 1991, to project completion: $15,241 ,420
<br /> Total $15, 356,865
