2 . Fences on residentially zoned lots abutting freeways shall <br /> be permitted a height of ten (10) feet when located and <br /> constructed to reduce the impacts of freeway noise on the <br /> residential lot. When the use of the property requires <br /> compliance with the landscaping requirements of Section <br /> 35.090, the fence shall be setback the distance required to <br /> accommodate the landscaping, and provision shall be made for <br /> access to the landscape area for maintenance purposes. <br /> 3 .
