SECTION 62: Section 41.070 of Ordinance No. 1671-89, which reads: <br /> Use Permit. The occupancy of any structure constructed for one <br /> type of use which is changed to another use which requires <br /> different zoning code or building code standards shall not be <br /> approved until a use permit has been issued by the Planning <br /> Department. The new use shall be reviewed by the Planning <br /> Department to insure that all zoning code requirements which <br /> apply to the new use are met. The Building Official shall review <br /> the new use for compliance with the City's building regulations. <br /> is hereby amended to read: <br /> Use Permit. Review Process. All of the uses specified in Paragraph D of this <br /> Subsection are special property uses. The Use-Standards Table in <br /> each zone indicates which of the special property uses shall be <br /> permitted in each zone, and which review process shall be used to <br /> evaluate a particular use in a particular zone. Special property <br /> uses shall be evaluated for the following criteria, depending <br /> upon which review process is required by the Use-Standards Table: <br /> 1 . Review Process II.B: All special property uses shall be <br /> evaluated for the criteria listed in Paragraph C and D of <br /> Sub-section 41 .150. <br /> 2. Review Process III .B: All special property uses shall be <br /> evaluated for the criteria in paragraphs C and D of <br /> Subsection 41.150. <br /> 3 . Review Process V.B: Review Process V.B shall be used only <br /> when the special property use is proposed concurrently with <br /> an action which requires review by the Planning Commission. <br /> All such special property uses shall be evaluated for the <br /> criteria listed in Paragraphs C and D of Subsection 41.150. <br /> B.
