Loading: Truck loading operations and maneuvering areas shall <br /> not be located within required building setback areas or within <br /> one-hundred thirty (130) feet of areas zoned for residential use. <br /> Truck loading/unloading shall not be permitted on streets. Truck <br /> loading, parking and maneuvering areas shall be screened from <br /> abutting properties and streets by a sight obscuring fence eight <br /> (8) feet in height, enclosed within a ten (10) foot wide <br /> landscaped area planted to Type II standards. Truck loading <br /> operations and maneuvering areas shall not be permitted to occupy <br /> an area exceeding fifty (50) percent of the total linear <br /> dimensions of the building perimeter. <br /> SECTION 15: Section 28.020.A of Ordinance No. 1671-89, which reads: <br /> A. Equipment or vents which generate noise or air emissions <br /> shall be located on the opposite side of the building from <br /> adjoining residentially zoned properties. <br /> 5.
