• V----A EVERETT ORDINANCE NO. 1842-91 AN ORDINANCE annexing properties located west of Holly Drive between 96th Street SW and Sharon Drive. ANNEXATION #A2-91 WHEREAS, pursuant to R.C.W. 35.13.130, a petition was presented to the City Council proposing the annexation of certain property; and WHEREAS, the petition which was filed pursuant to RCW 35.13.130 was signed by owners of not less than seventy-five percent in value according to the assessed valuation for general taxes of the property proposed to be annexed; and WHEREAS, the City Council did fix December 23, 1991, for a hearing upon said petition, and caused proper notice of hearing to be provided; and WHEREAS, following the hearing, the City Council determined to annex all of the property described in the petition; and WHEREAS, no request for review of the annexation by the Snohomish County Boundary Review Board was filed within the designated review period; and WHEREAS, the City Council did hold a public hearing on the annexation and did provide notice to property owners included within the area proposed for annexation; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it desires to annex the property to the City; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: That the property hereinafter described, be, and the same is hereby annexed to the City of Everett: All that portion of the Southwest quarter of Section 13, Township 28 North, Range 4 East, W.M. , described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter; THENCE, South 00-16-40 East a distance of 20 feet; THENCE, North 89-04-20 East
