Drainage facilities <br /> shall include but not be limited to all surface and storm water <br /> runoff conveyance and containment facilities including streams, <br /> pipelines, channels, ditches, wetlands, infiltration facilities, <br /> retention/detention facilities, erosion/sedimentation control <br /> facilities, and other drainage structures and appurtenances, both <br /> natural and man-made. <br /> Section 37: Section 4.020.A of Ordinance 1671-89, is amended by the <br /> addition of the following: <br /> "Exotic" means any species of plant or animal that is non-native <br /> to the subject lot or area. <br /> 37 <br />
