ADMINISTRATION: <br /> The Director of Planning/Community Development shall <br /> have the duty and responsibility of administering the <br /> provisions of this Ordinance with the authority to <br /> promulgate rules and regulations to implement and <br /> administer this Ordinance. <br /> SECTION E. DEFINITIONS: <br /> 1 . Applicant: Any person proposing a boundary line <br /> adjustment of any lot, tract, parcel , building <br /> site or division. <br /> 2 . Boundary Line Adjustment: A division made for the <br /> purpose of adjusting lot lines between platted and <br /> unplatted lots or both which does not create any <br /> additional lot, tract, parcel , building site, or <br /> division, nor create any lot, tract, parcel , <br /> building site, or division which contains <br /> insufficient area and dimension to meet minimum <br /> requirements as specified by the City's Zoning <br /> Code for width and area for lots, tracts, parcels, <br /> building sites. <br /> 3 . Boundary Lines: Lines that separate and establish <br /> an area with fixed limits for lots, tracts, <br /> parcels, or building sites. <br /> 4. Boundary Line Adjustment/Survey Map: A drawing to <br /> scale showing all the required information as <br /> specified in Section 2 .D. 1. <br /> 5. Building Site: Portion of a lot occupied or to be <br /> occupied by a building (s) . <br /> 6 . City: The City of Everett. <br /> 7 . Department: The City's Department of Planning and <br /> Community Development. <br /> 8 . Director of Planning Community Development: <br /> Appointed by the Mayor to administer the <br /> Department of Planning/Community Development. <br /> 3 <br />
