Boundary lines may not be adjusted where the <br /> adjustment will result in any reduction in <br /> lot area for any lot containing area <br /> defined as Environmentally Sensitive by the <br /> City's Zoning Code; and <br /> h. Boundary lines may not be adjusted where the <br /> adjustment will result in a violation of a <br /> City or State Code; and <br /> 4 . Decision: <br /> Following review of the application, a written <br /> notice of approval or disapproval shall be issued <br /> to the applicant. <br /> SECTION C. APPROVAL <br /> 1 . Time Limits For Approval : <br /> The applicant must submit and complete all <br /> required documents as specified by this ordinance <br /> within six (6) months following the date of <br /> approval . Failure to submit and complete the <br /> required documents within the six month period <br /> will result in lapse of the approval , requiring <br /> the submittal of a new application for <br /> consideration of the Department. No time <br /> extension will be granted; the final required <br /> documents must be recorded within the above stated <br /> time frame. <br /> SECTION D. INFORMATION FOR RECORDING MUST INCLUDE <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> 1 . Original Mylar Of Boundary Line Adjustment/Survey <br /> Map: <br /> After the City has given the applicant approval , <br /> the applicant shall submit the original mylar map, <br /> a photo mylar map, and two blue line maps prepared <br /> by a registered land surveyor, drawn in ink on <br /> mylar, having a trimmed size of eighteen by twenty <br /> four inches (18" x 24" ) . If authorized by the <br /> City, the applicant may submit two photo mylars <br /> instead of the one original and one photo mylar. <br /> Information required on the map shall include: <br /> 7 <br />
