As a part of the planned improvements, the District has proposed to reroute and relocate the <br /> discharge point of an existing drainage pipe that conveys stormwater runoff from Grant Drive, Scenic Drive, <br /> and other areas. The City's issuance of the Public Works Permit has been conditioned upon the execution of <br /> the attached Interlocal Stormwater Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Stormwater Agreement with PUD No. 1 of Snohomish County for <br /> modified stormwater discharge at the Beverly Park Switching Station site. <br /> 107 <br />
