MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 2 <br /> The Housing Authority of the City of Everett (the"Authority") conducted a public hearing <br /> on Tuesday, May 3, at 10:00 a.m., at the offices of the Authority located at 3107 Colby Avenue, <br /> Everett, Washington. <br /> The-purpose-of-the-hearing was to consider public testimony on the proposed issuance-by <br /> Authority, pursuant to chapter 35.82 RCW and a plan of financing with respect to the Broadway <br /> Plaza Apartments project described below (the "Project"), of certain obligations the interest on <br /> which will be excluded from gross income for federal income tax purposes pursuant to Sections 103 <br /> and 142 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended(the"Code"). <br /> Project Description: Finance or refinance the rehabilitation of a 190- <br /> unit apartment complex to provide housing for <br /> low-income persons. <br /> Maximum Amount of Obligations: Not to Exceed $13,000,000 <br /> Project Operator: Broadway Plaza LLLP, a Washington limited <br /> liability limited partnership of which the <br /> Authority is the sole general partner <br /> Project Location: 3017 Lombard Avenue and 3020 Broadway, <br /> Everett,Washington <br /> The hearing was called to order by S. Bud Alkire, Executive Director of the Authority, at 10:00 <br /> a.m. No one from the public appeared to present testimony. No written comments were <br /> received prior to or at the hearing.
