8 <br /> 4CMetavante <br /> PAYMENT SERVICES AGREEMENT <br /> This Payment Services Agreement is made as of the 10 day of &.t..Y Q_r ,2011 (the"Effective Date"), by and <br /> between the City of Everett, Washington, a Washington municipal corporation ("Customer") and Metavante Corporation, a Wisconsin <br /> corporation("Metavante"). ' <br /> Customer desires Metavante to provide to Customer the services set forth in this Agreement and Metavante desires to provide <br /> such services to Customer,all as provided In this Agreement. <br /> THEREFORE, in consideration of the payments to be made and services to be performed hereunder, upon the terms and <br /> subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement and Intending to be legally bound,the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> Metavante shall provide to Customer and Customer shall receive from Metavante,all upon the terms and conditions set forth in <br /> this Agreement,the Services specified in this Agreement.
