8 <br /> 3,2 Additional Storage.Metavante may provide storage services for Document Data,Enrollment Data or payment data beyond <br /> the standard period included in the Transaction Services,at the election of Client,which will be invoiced at Metavante's then-current <br /> Additional Storage Fee rates. <br /> 3.3 Additional Training. Metavante may provide additional training on BSP B2C processing to employees or agents of Client at <br /> the standard training fees quoted by Metavante at the time such services are provided. Client is responsible for paying all <br /> reasonable travel expenses (including transportation,lodging and meals)incurred by Metavante in training Client's employees or <br /> agents at a location selected by the Client. <br /> 3.4 E•malls. Additional e-mails will be invoiced at Metavante's then-current Additional E-mail Fee rate. Non-standard e-mail <br /> development will be quoted at professional services rates. <br /> 3.5 Adoption Marketing Services. Metavante may make available marketing consultancy services to Client to help Client <br /> prepare for the launch of EPP and raise customer awareness ("Adoption Marketing Services'). Fees for Metavante's Adoption <br /> Marketing Program are provided in Schedule 2. One of Metavante's Adoption Marketing consultants will partner with Client's <br /> marketing team to help them prepare for the launch of EPP. The consultant will work with Client's marketing team to create and <br /> implement a customized marketing plan/campaign for promoting Client's EPP solution,while leveraging Client's internal marketing <br /> channels. The Adoption Marketing consultant will work with Client on the following items: <br /> • Needs assessment to explore marketing options and share ideas and recommendations <br /> • Quick-start program-tactics and creative messaging samples delivered along with needs assessment <br /> • Creation of marketing plan - customized strategies for promoting a-billing, including positioning, targeting, revenue <br /> generation,promotions,and multiple customized creative samples <br /> • Execution of marketing plan-ongoing pre-launch conference calls <br /> • Post-launch communication-monitoring adoption rates and further recommendations. <br /> 4, Aggregation service, If Client is receiving Presentment and Payment Services,Client agrees that Metavante shall have the right <br /> (but not the obligation)to make Document Data,or portions thereof,available for Customers to access through CSPs participating in the <br /> Switch,in which event Client and Metavante agree to distribute Document Data to Metavante's CSP,at no additional charge to Client. <br /> Metavante will also provide for distribution of Document Data through any independent third-party aggregation service, which will be <br /> invoiced at Metavante's then-current standard rate. Client will be responsible for additional fees charged by such aggregation service,if <br /> any. <br /> 5. Service Levels(all time of day is expressed in Central Standard/Daylight Savings Time) <br /> 5.1 Parsing and Presentment. (not applicable where Client contracts for JPI Services Only)Upon Metavante's receipt of the <br /> Document Data Feed from Client,Metavante will process and load the Customer documents no later than the time frame mutually <br /> agreed to after receipt. All regularly scheduled files received for parsing and presentment will be processed within thirty six(36) <br /> hours of receipt by Metavante unless otherwise specified and agreed upon with Client. Receipt of the file means the successful <br /> completion of the transmission of the file and the relevant return code confirming successful transmission. in the event of <br /> exceptionally large,additional,missed,or the reprocessing of files,special arrangements must be made with Metavante Production <br /> Control to determine a mutually agreeable schedule for delivery. <br /> 5.2 Payment Processing and Posting. If Client elects to receive this service, Metavante shall create(a)a daily ACH file to be <br /> electronically transmitted to the designated financial institution on each business day (Monday through Friday, excluding Bank <br /> holidays),for the total amount of the transactions processed at Client's designated consolidator bank("Bank"),in accordance with <br /> the terms and conditions set forth herein;and(b)a separate Accounts Receivable file that is consistent with the ACH file and that <br /> Client shall pick up the Accounts Receivable(AIR)file each day on a specified FTP server at a mutually agreed-upon time. <br /> 5.3 System Availability. Metavante shall make access available to BSP B2C Services twenty-four hours per day,seven days per <br /> week,less(a)scheduled maintenance;and(b)excusable downtime resulting from events beyond Metavante's reasonable control <br /> (the 'Availability Period"). Metavante will conduct proactive monitoring of all servers, including monitoring disk space, CPU <br /> utilization,memory utilization and critical error messages.When possible, Metavante will notify Client in advance of any potential <br /> server outages or equipment failures that would prevent either the Client or its Customers from using the BSP B2C System,, <br /> Metavante will provide support 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,to all servers. , Metavante will maintain at least 99 percent <br /> (99%)server availability during the Availability Period,which availability shall be measured monthly and based on a system-wide <br /> average. <br /> 5.4 Response Time. Metavante will make reasonable efforts to maintain an internal response time of five(5)seconds or less for <br /> all transactions from the time they arrive at the Metavante firewall until they are delivered back to the firewall, <br /> 5,5 Scheduled Maintenance.
