EXHIBIT A-1 1 0 <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> of those materials with construction contract requirements. In those instances <br /> where unsatisfactory test results are obtained, follow through with notification to <br /> the Construction Contractor, and retesting of the materials after corrections are <br /> made. <br /> i. Review Construction Contractor's monthly progress payment requests, and <br /> process for approval and payment. <br /> j. Final review and approval of change orders. <br /> k. Monitor Construction Contractor's compliance with construction schedule based <br /> upon monthly CPM updates submitted by the Construction Contractor. Verify, <br /> document, and/or negotiate time extensions requested by the Construction <br /> Contractor. Evaluate potential schedule impacts of change order work. <br /> 1. Maintain hard copy and electronic records and files at the job site. <br /> m. Photographic and video documentation of construction progress. <br /> n. Final acceptance of the work. <br /> 2. Provide part time or full-time inspection services. <br /> 3. Provide On-Site Mill Inspections. Provide on-site mill inspection of the pipe as requested <br /> by the City. <br /> 4. As requested by the City, provide any other additional services not specifically included <br /> in the scope of work above. <br /> Services Provided By City of Everett <br /> Services to be provided by the City of Everett include the following: <br /> 1. Right of entry to all areas required for construction inspection activities. <br /> 2. Provide any potholing required for City owned utilities and water services. <br /> 3. The City will distribute 10 copies of conformed Contract Documents to Engineer for its <br /> and its subconsultants' use during construction. <br /> 4.
