<br /> 8.2 Utility Design Coordination: Incorporate plans, specifications and supporting
<br /> documentation, as prepared by Group 2, for design of utilities in Railroad Corridor. Utilities
<br /> to include sanitary force main located longitudinally along corridor, and storm drainage
<br /> features located west of, and extending to east of, the proposed trail. Project length for trail
<br /> and utilities to extend from 41st Street to 3 Acre Park; project length for enhanced drainage
<br /> swale to extend from 41st Street to outfall at Snohomish River; project length for surface
<br /> drainage to extend from Snohomish outfall to 3 Acre Park. Incorporate utilities into layout
<br /> and grading plans by reference; include utility plans and details as prepared by Group 2 into
<br /> plan set; include special provisions, cost estimate, and supporting engineering
<br /> documentation as necessary for permit approval as prepared by Group 2 into final
<br /> deliverable package. Coordinate with Group 2 to verify combined facilities satisfy CITY
<br /> objectives and permit conditions.

<br /> 9.1 3-Acre Park Design: Advance design and detailing of park and park components,
<br /> incorporating information made available through CITY review and any preliminary permit
<br /> agency comments, soils information data gathered from field exploration, and hydrological
<br /> information provided by other team members. Components of the 3-Acre Park include the
<br /> restroom/picnic shelter building, crane refurbishment and (optional) tensile fabric structure,
<br /> crane pad/viewpoint, gangway/ramp and floating dock, including piling support,
<br /> interconnecting trails, parking lot including ingress/egress, access to Lift Station 33 and
<br /> related support facilities, children's play area, interpretive signage. Task includes
