Geotechnical Engineering Design and Review <br /> 7.1 Riverbank and Slope Stabilization: Provide additional detail for riverbank and slope <br /> stabilization measures, including sheet pile wall design, incorporating information made <br /> available through CITY review, any preliminary permit agency comments, soils information <br /> data gathered from field exploration, and hydrological information provided by other team <br /> members. Task includes new and updated layout, construction details, Special Provisions, <br /> and Summary of Quantities and cost estimate of specific stabilization measures and/or <br /> materials where required to support planned improvements. If stabilization can be achieved <br /> with simple recommendations on slope configuration layout, construction details, Special <br /> Provisions, and cost estimate are not required by the geotechnical engineer, but will be <br /> incorporated into the documents by other team members. Geotechnical engineers will then <br /> provide review and comment on these PS_&E's prepared by other team members. Design <br /> and documentation will be separated into the following submittal packages: <br /> a. 60% PS&E for Early Phase Projects <br /> b. 100% PS&E for Basic Trail and Enhanced Drainage Channel in Railroad Corridor <br /> c. 60% PS&E for South Wetland Complex and Stormwater Management <br /> Implementation (Bigelow Creek) <br /> 7.2 PS&E Review of Documents prepared by other Team Members: <br /> Based on analysis and recommendations generated under Task 001, provide review of <br /> PS&E prepared by other team members for design of: <br /> a. 3-Acre Park restroom facility foundation, crane pad foundation, sheet pile wall <br /> design, dock and float pile design, stormwater infiltration system, and pavement <br /> section; <br /> b. Railroad Corridor (1) bridge foundation, soil reuse limitations, and pavement section; <br /> c. North Wetland Complex soil reuse limitations; <br /> d. South Wetland Complex (1) bridge foundation, assuming upgrade to fire access <br /> bridge will be required, and (1)wetland outfall structure foundation. <br /> Document review will be separated into the following submittal packages: <br /> a. 60% PS&E for Early Phase Projects <br /> b. 100% PS&E for Basic Trail and Enhanced Drainage Channel in Railroad Corridor <br /> c. 60% PS&E for South Wetland Complex and Stormwater Management <br /> Implementation (Bigelow Creek) <br /> Deliverables: 1) 60% PS&E for three projects; 2) 90% PS&E for one project; and 3) 100% <br /> PS&E for one project. <br /> 008.
