The Large Projects were developed by <br /> community residents for the 2011 grant cycle for completion in 2012. These two projects were reviewed by <br /> staff and rated and recommended for approval by a resident review team. These projects are matching fund <br /> awards,which residents and merchants will match with volunteer time and contributed donations and <br /> services to match or exceed the value of the City Neighborhood project funds.
