The contract was awarded following an RFP selection process <br /> and expires at the end of 2011. The City has negotiated an extension to the contract, Amendment No. 3, <br /> which would lengthen the contract anadditional three years,for a new expiration date of 2014. Under the <br /> amendment, compensation to the Baker Firm remains unchanged for 2012. In 2013 and 2014, annual <br /> compensation increases at 2%or CPI,whichever is lesser. <br /> • <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to Execute Amendment No. 3 to the Contract with Baker,Lewis, Schwisow&Laws <br /> PLLC in the form substantially as provided. <br /> 41 <br />
