10 <br /> • <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> AND <br /> HDR ENGINEERING INC. • <br /> The City and HDR Engineering Inc.hereinafter referred to as the"Service Provider"agree to amend and <br /> modify their professional services agreement dated July 12,2010 (the"Agreement")as follows: <br /> WHEREAS,the Service Provider and the City entered into an Agreement to develop a long range <br /> strategic plan for biosolids management(the"Project"); and . <br /> WHEREAS, work is not yet completed on the Project and additional time is needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the Service Provider agree to amend their Agreement to extend the time of <br /> completion from August 31, 2011 to October 31,2011;. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, the City of Everett and the Service Provider agree to amend and modify the <br /> previously amended Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Paragraph 3 of the Agreement is modified to read as follows: <br /> 3. Time of Beginning and Completion of Performance: This Agreement shall commence on <br /> the date of execution of the Agreement and shall be completed by October 31, 2011. <br /> 2. The effective date of this Amendment is . <br /> 3.
