2 <br /> 4. Owner shall be provided a reasonable opportunity to harvest hay from the <br /> area prior to any activities of the City or its agents that would damage the hay <br /> crop, and Owner shall be provided the opportunity to conduct other <br /> agricultural activities on the property. <br /> 5. The City will indemnify the Owner from any property damage resulting from <br /> the entry of the City or its agents under this agreement. <br /> 6. The City releases the Owner from any claims the City may have against the <br /> Owner arising from the Lowell-Larimer Road Damage. For the purposes of <br /> this release, the term "Lowell-Larimer Road Damage" refers to the damage <br /> consisting of the road slide located as shown in the attached Exhibit A. <br /> 7.
