Phase B1 was constructed in 2010/2011, Phase B2 is currently under construction and will be complete in 2012, and Phase C is under design. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement will fund the estimated level of effort required for on-going projects in 2011. Previous expenditures on this account include $2,131,442 for engineering design and construction services, $1,292,755.71 for the bidding and construction of Phase Bl, and $3,578,544 for the bidding and construction of Phase B2 including site preparation work for Phase C ($70M estimated construction cost). The total expenditure for this account to date is $7,002,741.77. RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with JacKaren Consulting, LLC for constructability review and construction project administration at the Water Pollution Control Facility in the amount of$25,500.
