While these changes have been minor and they do not affect the <br /> actions of the Task Force,they still need to be approved by each participating agency. This will eliminate <br /> the inconsistent agreements. Enclosed we have included a copy of the final 2011-2012 Interlocal <br /> Agreement. <br /> The changes made are: <br /> * 5.4 SRDGTF changed to Snohomish County and retained changed to maintain <br /> * 5.5 "u" added to"nder" <br /> * Exhibits were referenced in the proper order <br /> * 8.0 Nondiscrimination Provision was updated to match the Snohomish County's <br /> language. <br /> * City of Everett"prosecutor" changed to "attorney" <br /> * 10.2 - 10.5 Individual tribal language returned to agreement. <br /> If your agency finds these changes to be acceptable, please initial the signature lines below.
