This is the construction cost and the previously approved <br /> engineering cost is including in the total. The agreement is the same format as the previous agreement. it's not too far <br /> off from the original rough estimates we were provided. Please confirm this is acceptable to bundle as a project <br /> expense as we have previously discussed.
