7 <br /> TASK 7 CONSTRUCTABILITY &ESTIMATION: <br /> This Task will be performed by TranTech's subconsultant Ott Construction Consultants (Ott)to <br /> provide public constructability and construction estimation services. <br /> The Task includes the following activities: <br /> 1. 60%PS&E Package <br /> a. Attend 3 meetings in Everett <br /> b. 60%Estimate: Update Bid Item list and provide a updated Cost Estimate based <br /> upon the 60% concept. <br /> c. 60%Project Schedule: Update the Project schedule using Bar Chart or Microsoft <br /> Project utilizing any and all constraints <br /> d. 60%Document Reviews: Review the 60%Plans and Specifications for <br /> constructability and consistency. <br /> e. Support/develop milestone dates or durations for construction stages with <br /> associated liquidated damages and/or incentives <br /> Deliverables: <br /> • Revise Bid Item list for proposal as needed <br /> • Update Project Estimate based upon 60% concept <br /> • Project CPM Schedule based upon 60% concept <br /> • Comments from the 60%Plan and specification review <br /> 2. 90%PS&E Package <br /> a.
