Before proceeding,the Consultant shall prepare <br /> a scope and fee for the work for the City's review and the work will not begin until both parties <br /> agree upon the scope &fee, and the work is authorized by the City's Project Manager. A <br /> maximum of an additional$95,000 has been budgeted for this task. <br /> TASK 12 BID SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> This Task will be performed by the collective design team to provide Bid Support services like <br /> addressing a reasonable number of bidder's inquiries.
