This <br /> Scope of Work includes an allowance of 16 man-hours per calendar month for periodic <br /> communication to support the City's Project Manager in completion of the work. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> The following Deliverables are included in this Task. <br /> • Project Plan, Draft and Final, one hard copy and one electronic copy each. <br /> • Monthly Progress Report & Invoices. <br /> • Monthly Project Management meeting agendas and meeting notes. <br /> • Action Item and Decision logs. <br /> • Periodic communications documentation as requested. <br /> Task 110 - Quality Control <br /> The Consultant will implement quality assurance procedures so that project deliverables are <br /> subjected to in-house reviews prior to submittal to the City. These reviews will be conducted <br /> under the direction of the Consultant's Project Quality Assurance Manager, Manager of <br /> Projects, and Project Manager, and will focus on checking the major design elements with <br /> respect to adequacy of response to the specific design challenges, conformance to accepted <br /> design practices, compliance with the City's standards and that the work is of professional <br /> quality meeting the customary standard of care for the type of work in this locale. <br /> Under individual design tasks, the Consultant will include with each submittal a response to the <br /> City's comments generated from the previous submittal, with an indication either directly on the <br /> review set or in memo form of the actions taken on each comment. The Consultant will verify all <br /> City comments on previous submittals have been addressed (or provide written response as to why <br /> the changes have not been made).
