7 Exhibit A to the Professional Services Agreement between The City of Everett and The Blueline Group,LLC for the Water"L" Improvements- Hewitt Ave(WO#UP3462) dated October 28,2011 Task 009 - CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT Blueline will provide construction administration services in a limited role as needed during the construction period, including: • Prepare for and attend the pre-construction conference. • Review requests for information (RFIs) provided by the City and coordinate responses to said RFIs with the City. • Review material submittals provided by the City and make recommendations for compliance with contract documents. • General consultation and coordination on an as-needed basis. Address construction questions as they arise. • Participate in up to three site visits to monitor construction progress. • Prepare record drawings in AutoCad based on City-provided construction redlines. Assumptions: This proposal does not include Construction Staking or Inspection Services but a separate fee proposal can be provided upon request. This proposal does not include pay estimate preparation or review, punch list assistance, or attending construction meetings but a separate fee proposal can be provided upon request. Deliverables: RFI responses (if necessary). Reviewed submittals in format requested by the City. Final Record Drawings (Hard copy of signed, stamped, and "camera-ready" sets - 1-22"x34"). Final Record Drawings (PDFs and CAD files on CD; Return hard copy of City- provided construction redlines). Task 010 - UNASSIGNED SERVICES RESERVE This task provides for unanticipated services deemed to be necessary during the course of the Project that are not specifically identified in the scope of work tasks defined above. Any additional work or funds under this item are not to be used unless explicitly authorized by the City. 4g -
