• Exhibit A to the Professional Services Agreement 7 between The City of Everett and The Blueline Group,LLC for the Water"L" Improvements- Hewitt Ave(WO#UP3462) dated October 28,2011. GENERAL ASSUMPTIONS&NOTES • Scope and fees outlined above are based on the following information: o Scoping Meeting with the City held on 10/6/11. o City's GIS drawing file for the Hewitt area provided 10/6/11. o City's CAD Standards and templates provided 10/6/11. • City will provide the following: o Record drawings for City utilities(water, sewer, and storm drainage) within the project area. o Sample plans and specifications (hard copy) from a recent water main replacement project for reference. o Sample specifications (Word files) for all Divisions and Appendices from a recent water main replacement project. o Standard Details(CAD and PDF) necessary for the project. • Project stops/starts and significant changes to the attached Project Schedule may result in changes to the fees provided above and a separate fee proposal will be provided. • Public Involvement(open house, mailings, etc.) is not included in this proposal. • Agency fees(if any) are not included as part of the fees outlined above. • Offsite easements(if required)will be the responsibility of the Client. • The fees stated above do not include reimbursable expenses such as large format copies (larger than letter/legal size), mileage, and plots. These items will be billed under a separate task called Expenses. • Current hourly rates for The Blueline Group are provided on the attached Exhibit B. • These fees stated above are valid if accepted within 30 days of the date of the proposal.
