17 <br /> Two draft copies of the Engineering Report,Plans Specifications, and Engineer's <br /> Estimates of Costs shall be provided to the Owner for review at the 35 percent and <br /> 90 percent completion stages. Two copies of the Engineering Report and Plans, <br /> Specifications, and Engineer's Estimate of costs will be provided to the reviewing <br /> • regulatory agency. <br /> BUDGET <br /> The maximum amount payable to the Engineer for completion of all work associated <br /> with this Project for the Engineering services based on the alternative for <br /> stabilizing/plugging and abandoning#1 Line Tunnel,including contingencies, salaries, <br /> overhead, direct non-salary costs and net fee shall be$40,930.
