An example of an intermediate stop would be the need to pick up a sick child at school before <br /> traveling to the eligible employee's home or the need to stop at an ATM in order to pay for the trip. <br /> ERH Program Payment <br /> The University's U-PASS Agreement <br /> reimburse University <br /> the metered fage amount of an Univerrsitpy'psayment <br /> at the time the trip is made. PIERCE TRANSIT shall <br /> Program Coordinator-authorized ERH ride, as defined herein, for a one-way trip. Employees are responsible for <br /> any gratuities. <br /> University's Program Coordinator <br /> University shall designate as many Program Coordinators as necessary to administer and perform the necessary <br /> ERH programs tasks as set forth herein. <br /> Number of ERH Trips per Eligible Employee <br /> University shall ensure that each individualuaUnigibleiemty's U-PASS limiAgted <br /> to six(6) ttrips per twelve (12) month period, <br /> commencing on initial effective date of <br /> Process <br /> To access ERH rides, Eligible Employees shall contact the University's Program Coordinator. The Program <br /> Coordinator shall call any taxi provider in Pierce County to arrange for the trip. Eligible Employees shall supply the <br /> following information to the University's Program Coordinator,who shall in turn provide the information, using <br /> Pierce Transit's ERH Use Verification form, to PIERCE TRANSIT in order to receive reimbursement. <br /> © Alternative commute mode used by Eligible Employee on day of request. <br /> © Reason and destination for ERH ride. <br /> ® University's Program Coordinator will ensure that alternative commute mode, reason and destination meet <br /> eligibility requirements. <br /> ® Once an Eligible Employee takes and pays for the ERH ride, the Eligible Employee shall provide a receipt <br /> completed by the taxi driver to the University's Program Coordinator. <br /> 4 University's Program Coordinator shall attach the copy of the receipt to the ERH Use Verification form and send <br /> to PIERCE TRANSIT for reimbursement.
