The program provides a Volunteer In <br /> Service To America(VISTA)to The Carl Gipson Senior Center of Everett. For the past two years,there has <br /> been no charge except mileage. Due to AmeriCorps budget changes,the City is required to pay up to <br /> $4000.00 to the Volunteers of America for the one year term of the agreement.
