The Carl Gipson Senior Center of Everett shall: 1 1 <br /> • Provide one staff person to supervise the AmeriCorps VISTA member("Site Supervisor"). <br /> • Require the Site Supervisor to attend VISTA Supervisor meetings at Volunteers of America, <br /> held 2 to 3 times per year. <br /> • . Have the Site Supervisor review and sign VISTA member timesheets,due on the last business <br /> day of each month,and Quarterly Progress Reports, due January 15th,April 15th,July 15th, and <br /> October 15th (or the nearest prior.business day). <br /> • Ensure that the VISTA member turns in timesheets, quarterly reports, and other required <br /> documents on time. <br /> • Provide a workspace solely for the VISTA member with a computer, phone, and any other <br /> supplies necessary for VISTA to complete all placement goals and objective requirements. <br /> • Provide on-site orientation plan in beginning of year, supportive trainings and continued <br /> positive motivation for VISTA member in all aspects of services <br /> • Support VISTA and ensure sufficient time to attend VOAWW VISTA required monthly <br /> trainings and quarterly direct service events. <br /> • Provide the VISTA networking and conference opportunities as appropriate to project. <br /> • Pay VISTA your site's mileage reimbursement rate for authorized travel not to exceed <br /> $1,000.00. <br /> • Pay an equal share of total program cost share amount,not to exceed$4,000.00, as described in <br /> the agreement between Volunteers of America Western Washington and the Corporation for <br /> National and Community Service,as dictated by invoices from Volunteers of America Western <br /> Washington. V . <br /> • Other tasks as service needs may dictate. <br /> The period of performance for this cost share agreement is from:November 18.2011 —November 17, <br /> 2012. V <br /> If the site does not fulfill contractual requirements,non-compliance will be taken into account when <br /> considering the renewal of the project. In extreme cases, non-compliance with the terms of this <br /> agreement may lead to the immediate termination of the project by the CNCS State Office. <br /> III.
